CRANKSHAFTS

We designed and manufacture billet crankshaft for all the Jaguar and S.S. engines using only vacuum, controlled atmosphere DIN 1.8550 steel according to our specifications. All the designs are tested and weight optimized without compromise the strength and reducing the moment of inertia.

Our design allow a light crankshaft with lower moment of inertia and strong enough to avoid bending. We also increase oil feed and allow a more even oil pressure in all the rod journals.


PISTONS

To manufacture our pistons we use high silicon aerospace quality 4032 aluminum alloy.

We fully machine them to reduce weight, and with a great design we are able to achieve a strong piston with a reduce mass. We also have the capability to increase the static compression ratio for high performance applications.

All our pistons have the option to be anodized for wear resistance and avoid microsticking; moly coated over the skirts to reduce friction and ceramic coat on the dome to increase heat dissipation. All the pistons are supplied with their respective rings, clips and wristpins.

We also have the capability to reproduce the OEM piston shape and weight for specific club races.


CONNECTING RODS

Our steel rods are manufacture with aerospace SAE 4340 quality or 300M for particular customer that demands extreme conditions. On our rods bushing we normally use Nickel Cooper or in extreme conditions we advise to use Cooper Berilum.

We tested all our designs finding the best option reducing weight, giving you maximum strength and increasing life.
As bolt partner, we only choose ARP L19 quality or custom edge for specific applications. This is a critical point in which we only trust in ARP high quality, we only advise a custom edge quality if the engine will be prepare to run a high RPM.
